A whole foods diet is the healthiest way to eat. However, we are not perfect people and most people don’t eat a “perfect diet.” The goal with these recipes is to give you healthy options that are fast and easy to prepare so you are less likely to eat highly processed foods or fast foods when you’re hungry and in a hurry.
