If you’re interested in improving your health through better diet and exercise, you have a variety of options to choose from with Abel Fitness Training.

  • Healthy cooking demonstrations in your home for individuals, families or groups. Recipes will be included.
  • Nutritional “house cleaning” where we will go through your refrigerator, freezer and pantry to show you good food choices you’ve made and offer suggestions of better food choices you could make.
  • Walking and running training for all distances. If finishing a 5k, 10k, half marathon, marathon or ultra marathon is on your dream list, we can help make that dream a reality.
  • Exercise program design. We can design a program based on existing equipment you have in your home or design a program that requires little or no equipment at all.
